Please review the schedule below to find an Awareness Through Movement® class or workshop that works best for you. Register by phone or e-mail at least 72 hours before a series begins. For drop in classes, or to drop in on a series, please call for space availability. There will be an opportunity to make up missed classes in a series; dates and times to be determined accordingly.
Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing, and please bring a mat or blanket to make yourself comfortable on the floor. Notify me if you have any special needs or to verify if something you require is already on site. Please be prepared to follow my no-shoes policy and remove them when you come inside. Socks are required.
